Jamie – Assistant
I have been in Reno for the past 10 years. I am from the small town of Gardnerville, Nevada. Growing up in Gardnerville allowed me to experience a lot of adventures such as fishing, camping and hunting. Living in Reno I am able to enjoy the same activities as well as skiing in the winter months. I also play on a co-ed softball team. Pitts Orthodontics is a great place to work. I have a lot of fun while I am working. I am so grateful to be working with a great group I call my friends. |

Jillian M. – Sterilization/Assistant
Hi! I am a Reno native, born and raised. I have currently been employed at Dr. Pitts for six months now. Even though it has not been a long time, it has been an amazing experience. I am so thankful and lucky to be a part of this staff. I am surrounded by helpful hands and cannot wait to expand my knowledge here with Dr. Pitts, Dr. Handelin and staff. My own time is mostly spent with friends and family. I enjoy playing volleyball, reading and keeping up with re-run episodes of Friends. I am in a loving relationship of three years, and we are having so much fun in our new place together. I enjoy my favorite yellow lab, Chance. I love him! I am very excited in my new career, learning many new things daily, motivating me to work hard and be passionate in what I do. |

I am a Reno native. I have three children, Anthony - 19, Christian - 16, and Gianna - 13. I have been an orthodontic assistant for 20 years, working with Pitts for 11 years. I absolutely love what I do; the doctors, staff and patients are amazing. The confidence that comes from orthodontics when the patient has that perfect smile is a joy to see. I enjoy spending my free time watching my kids play sports and enjoying the outdoors. |

Originally from Texas, I have been in Reno for over 30 years now. My son, Jake, is attending UNR, studying to be a geologist. I have been in the dentistry field for over 25 years. I have to admit, I am a HUGE Dallas Cowboys fan! Go Cowboys!! When I am not watching a game, you will find me out walking or playing volleyball. I look forward to meeting you. |

Being a native resident has allowed me to enjoy the great outdoors, whether it is camping, working in my yard or playing with my four dogs. I have been blessed to be married to my wonderful husband, Roger, for 29 years. We enjoy our two children, Clayton and Jillian. I have been working for Pitts Orthodontics as a lab assistant for 14 fabulous years. |

I was born in the Azores, however, I grew up in the Bay area. Married to Luke, we have two children, Luke and Katherine. I have been in the orthodontic field for 30 years. I have been blessed to be working with Pitts Orthodontics for several years. I enjoy traveling, as well as being an avid reader. I recently have become a pretty savvy facebooker, too. |

Kimberly – Receptionist
I joined the Pitts team in 2005 after my husband and I moved here from Ukiah, California. In September 2008, we had our first child, Brayden. I was fortunate to take three years off to stay at home with Brayden. In summer 2010, I rejoined the Pitts team, excited and thankful to be back with such amazing doctors and friends. My hobbies are horses, horses and more horses! On the weekend, you will find me at the local barrel races. We have three dogs, 12 chickens, two ducks, one cat and four horses. I manage to stay very busy once off work and at home on the ranch! I look forward to meeting you and seeing your smiling faces. |

I am originally from Kansas City, however, I have lived in Reno for most of my life. My husband, Dave, is a third generation Renoite and a builder. We love to camp at Graeagle, swim, hike and play golf. I have worked for the Pitt’s team for many, many years and love what I do. I have been in dentistry for 21 years, and 19 years have been dedicated to orthodontics. I have worked with Pitts Orthodontics for 10 years and plan on being here forever! When you come for your initial visit, I will look forward to being the one who will assist the doctors with your evaluation. My goal is to make your entry into the practice a positive and educational experience. My husband of 13 years, Marty, and I reside in Sparks, Nevada. We are blessed to have two beautiful children, Tori and Cade. We also have two crazy dogs, Reeses and Razzel. |

Joni – Treatment Coordinator
I am a third generation native Nevadan and have worked for Dr. Pitts since 1970. As you can probably guess, I love working for three of the finest orthodontists in the country. I thoroughly enjoy all the patients and families and am especially pleased with the positive outcome quality orthodontic care provides. When I am not working, I enjoy traveling and taking time to smell the roses. My nephew, Hadley, and niece, Nicci, definitely have their Aunt Joni wrapped around their little fingers! Water skiing and jogging are also activities I enjoy. |

I am a fourth generation native Nevadan. When I am not working, you can catch me either hunting, snow skiing or water skiing.
