Office Updates Relating to COVID-19

Dear Patients & Families,

We want to let you know that Pitts Orthodontics is closely monitoring the COVID-19/Coronavirus situation and has your safety in mind.

On Wednesday, March 18th, Governor Sisolak issued an Executive Order that all dental offices suspend non-emergency visits.  This order was recently extended until at least April 30th.

If you have an orthodontic emergency that involves pain, please contact our office and we are here to take care of you.

You can take these steps to protect yourself and others:

  1. Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with your hands.
  2. Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
  3. Stay home if you can, so we can all try and reduce the spread of this virus.  Only go out for essential excursions.
  4. Cover your mouth and nose with the inside of your elbow when you cough or sneeze.
  5. Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.

Once we are authorized to commence regular appointments, we will be offering extended hours to ensure timely care of all our patients. Thank you for your patience in this matter.
